Export Mileage and Fuel Logs

Use this feature to export mileage breakdowns by state and fuel

purchase information to your computer. The exported ﬁle can be

in .xls or .csv format.

On the Rand McNally Dock:

1. Click on Mileage/Fuel.

2. Select where you want the ﬁle to be downloaded, and click Save.

3. The ﬁle will be downloaded to your computer. When ﬁnished,

a notiﬁcation message displays.

4. Click Ok.
